Bluetooth Dongle volume
Hello
I just installed a bluetooth dongle on my 2016 RT Limited. the volume is very low in my helmet.
how do you control the volume, I did what Sena recommended 2 tap on the google. It does raise the volume a little but my outside speaker are blasting? how do you cut off your bike speaker and only have your music in the helmet
Thanks

Two ways. Turn the volume down to almost mute. That way you can listen to the external speaker when you want. Or you can go into settings and turn the external speakers off.

PHONE
i spent 3 years with low volume until i was told that it wasn't SCALA but my phone....
i went into the phone SET-UP and corrected it, then i also down-loaded the app: VOLUME ACE (Free), and that was a great help....

The output to the dongle from the radio is fixed. But can be muted. The volume is controlled by your headset.

One thing to add. When you put the speakers in your helmet it is super important to have them as close to your ears as possible. That is what the foam pads are for.
Yes the BT dongle is a fixed volume.
