I have not heard any complaints from my wife about the comfort of the passenger on our Ultimate seat. Couldn't be too bad since she falls asleep back there.

Seating comfort is one of those subjective topics. Some seats work well for some people while not for others.

According to the Ultimate website, they shave a little out of the passenger backrest (front-to-back) so the passenger doesn't lose as much room.

I have used three seats to discover what puts you back the farthest.

I did a complete write-up of it here.

Never got around to selling the Corbin or the Ultimate. PM if interested.

It gives the passenger seating a slightly more "leaned-back" positioning.
I got one of them for my Missus, and she DOES notice the difference.

I had the BRP comfort seat on mine for a short time, but it reduced the passanger seating and did not fit either one of us (we share driving) so I ended up selling it for 1/2 of what I paid for it. I think it's a good option for solo riders.
That depends on how big your passenger is.

Thanks slick999, however BRP has a list of items they want to get rid of, (overstock) and only certain items are on that list. Unfortunately a 2014 seat in black is not one of them. We do have a Costco discount and will get 15% off the price so that will save us some money. Thanks for the post.
