Blue Ridge Parkway
I was a little disappointed that I didn't see another Spyder all week but I had 5 nice days of riding on the Parkway....my first road trip. I look forward to many more. If you haven't been to the Blue Ridge Parkway, you need to go. Visit the Pisgah Inn near Asheville, NC for a beautiful place to eat or spend the night.
I am still new to the Spyder but I think a sway bar in in my future. Otherwise I was quite pleased with performance and the fun factor!

Yes to Sway Bar
I have been on BRP several times, 2 wheels and 3 wheels. I agree with your opinion, it is a great drive. I ride two up on my RT and I can tell you the Baja Ron Sway bar with Doc Humphrey spring tensioners made a big difference in the turns. I recommend both.

I spend a lot of time on the Parkway during different times of the year. Love seeing the seasonal changes. Will be back in July and October.

A week ago I was up on the BRP with some two-wheel friends and it couldn't have been better riding. Next to no traffic and no wind; the only drawback to the latter was smoke from forest fires just hung in the air and contributed to a hazy view of the montains. During the week is the best time to ride.
Artillery lends dignity to what would
otherwise be a vulgar brawl.

Thanks for the info on the sway bar and spring tensioner. I am going to look them up now. Where did you purchase?

Spring tensioner from Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/121581225862...84.m1555.l2649
Baja Ron Sway Bar, I purchased from my local Can Am dealer and had them install. I installed the spring tensioner myself (it was easy)
Also, when I had the sway bar installed, I had a Laser Alignment done also.

First rode the BRP in 1976 and have not missed a year since. I usually make it over at least twice a year and after all these trips I still find something new each time.
