    Default Pivot Nut Tool

Going to replace my rear tire soon and was wondering if anyone knows what size of a Pivot Nut Tool / Freewheel Tool I should buy to remove the nut when replacing the bearings.

I forget the size, but when someone here gives you the size, try buying it at a bicycle shop. I actually ordered
mine on ebay, before I found out the bicycle shops use the same size. I think I paid around $ 20. Good luck.

Ya I found one in town for $22, it's 33mm, just don't know if that will fit or not...

Tried to search with no luck. If you made it out of a piece of flat metal, what is the width of the piece?

Look for the FR-6 tool for BMX bikes. About $15 or so.

I have found a few of them but they seem to come in different sizes.
