My husband just purchased a 2016 F3 T but we are wondering how difficult it is to put the satellite on it. Bike is in transport currently but we are anxious and wondering. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have downloaded the app for my favorite radio station plus pandora - and I am a happy camper playing music thru my iPhone.
I used to have XM radio in each of my vehicles but the cost per year got to $400 and I did't like it so much anymore.

Also check the ground wire. The one under the antenna where it screws in. Mine had blue loctite on it. Reception improved some what. Still not great. Tom

You'll get there!
Finless did figure out how to kill off all of the presets on the radio. I think that he created a video about it. You might want to PM him.
You folks that offered "help" by just telling him how great your I-Pod, smartphone, or whatever works for you: no help at all!
No video but here is my post explaining it.

I just got done cleaning all the loc-tite off my antenna mast and off the base it screws into, not perfect but it definitely helped with the radio reception!!

Just to see what it does, I had it scan for radio stations with the garage door open and the antenna 4 feet from the door. 2 found stations. Took the antenna off, 0. Took the antenna from my truck and loosely inserted it and found more than 10 stations. Conclusion is the antenna is lousy. I mean, it is short. Happened to be by the dealer and saw an older ST with a longer antenna and got one of them. Screwed it in and found more than 10 stations like with the truck antenna.
My conclusion is that the antenna is short and doesn't do squat. Get a longer antenna and be happy.

Go to your settings and make sure the region is set to US...mine came from the dealer set for Japan and consequently only scanned a limited fm band range
