 USB port
My wife has a 2016 F3 and can not get it to read a Memory stick. The system says that there are no files on the stick. Any help would be appreciated.

How big is the stick (GB)?
What type of files are on it?
How is it formatted?

Was formatted as a EXFat but wife found another post that gave me the information I needed. I reformatted the stick which is 16 GB to Fat 32 and changed the files from mpeg 4 to mpeg 3. It works fine now. Thanks for the interest.

Glad to hear you got it sorted! The owner's manual is pretty sparse on info for the USB .
