    When you get there: tell them that they lost a sale...
    I've pretty much spent the largest part of the day (so far), trying to place an order.
    I was put on hold three times, and forgotten about...
    The final straw, was when I was asked to NOT be put on hold, and just go find me the shipping manager.

    ...After 10 minutes of listening to the place doing business: they hung up on me!
    I was hoping to find a really unique Birthday Present for Kathy... I guess that it's not coming from them!

    Sorry to hear that. The Shipping Manager may be the Cashier as well in a place like that, and if you called during Breakfast.
    That's probably not the first or the last lost sale.

    As good as the food must be: customer service still should mean something.

    EDIT: I gritted my teeth, and waited them out...
    SUCCESS finally!
    By the way: they cost 30 Bucks: not too bad for what you get!

    I'll let you know what she thinks of it, and how they taste....

    UPDATE: It has arrived!
    It might be three pounds, but I bet that I could polish one of them off!
    The texture is very nice, and very consistent... the flavor (Without the icing...), is amazing!
    It's a bit of a hassle to order one; it turns out to have been worth the effort!
