 Visited States/Provinces Maps for this Site
Please tell me where I can download and populate one for my travels. I forgot to ask, are they to be populated with just states that you've driven 1. a motorcycle or 2. just Spyder?

Whichever map you choose: it's yours, and you can do with it what you like!

The choice for population of the map is yours. Don't mind the purist naysayers and you will be fine. It takes a while for a lot of people to cover the whole map. Happy to say that in my lifetime, I have been to most states by either car or MC. That is what my map showed.
