My 2014 RT has heated passenger hand holds, the only problem with them is they are cooled down on a cold day by the rush of wind past them, dare you let go while in motion for any reason, when you put your hand back on they have gone cold, which kind of defeats the object.
They are not very efficient as the rubber coating is very thick.
Now the answer, Enter Passenger Hand Grip Muffs, like handlebar ones but specially made to fit the passenger handgrips
They were cut from a sheet of rexine(faux leather)sewn into shape, and held together with velcro.
The first picture was drawn from a paper template, anyone intereted I can email it to you

That is a great way to fix the problem...you should become a sponsor and take some orders. You would have some interested parties for sure...
Not interested in taking orders, my sewing is terrible, but I will send the pattern to anyone in full size but I wll need your email address as this website limits size of pictures
