    Default My One Wish

My one wish after working all day to
change 2 spark plugs, on my 2012
Can RT is for the Engineer who
designed the air box, spend all
    eternity taking them off and
    reinstalling them. One can only
    hope!

    Default Here's what you do.....

Don't put it back on. Get a JT Machine shop air cleaner system and never deal with it again...that's what I did but there are short cuts cause you can get that front plug with some extensions removing the instument cluster...but you got it done...

And the RS's are not any better in the ease of maintenance department. Mine currently is in many pieces doing 38K maintenance before the start of the coming year.

    Default F3

F3 IS NO DIFFERENT.... SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED AT TIMES....

HOWEVER: let's look at what we have; RS, RT or F3... we did not buy these toys because they were easy to work on, we bought them because they are AWESOME in LOOKS and PERFORMANCE... give consideration to the amount of enjoyment you get from your SPYD3R, and leave the maintenance to your local mechanics... and if you like to do your own maintenance, then why complain about removing a little plastic...?
There are 3 ways I get enjoyment from my SPYD3RS; 1. riding, 2. building and/or installing farkles, & 3. doing my own maintenance...
however; YES, there are times I become a bit irritated with my SPYD3R...
NOTE; I WOULDN'T TRADE TO ANOTHER BRAND FOR HALF THE MONEY....
