Default Cost to have online tires installed

I see alot of people buying tires on line. I am thinking about buying 2 fronts if I bring in the two rims with old tires still on whats a fair price to get the new ones mounted, valves and balanced.
Will a tire store do it if not bought from them?
    Thanks

    Default Well

I think if you buy them online you have to have them installed by your IT person!

Average price should be in the $15.00 per tire range if done at a tire shop.

    Default Depends....

Check your local tire store..same price as car tires.. around here if not motorcycle tires most dealers will not install them and it they do would still be more that a tire shop....

It is twice that cost here in Las Vegas. So many people are buying tires online that the local motorcycle tire shops are now charging $30 per tire for mounting to recoup the lost revenue on tire sales.

    So just some info.

I took my fronts to a car tire place. A little local place called Allen Tire.
They charged $15 each for mounting and spin balancing.

But be aware. Some car tire places won't do it.
Why? Because your current tires say "motorcycle" on them.
So some place won't take the liability putting car tires on what they think are motorcycle rims.

    So ask before first.

Discount tire has always changed my tires, It was $18 for the two front tires (car tires). They did not seem to care where I got the tires.

Any tire store will do it but I bet you may get a little better
price and service if you deal with a local dealer for your tires
I am running Michelin tires all around they are great.
    got mine at CostCo
