Jacking up a F3

I have read and used the way to jack up balance an RSS but have not seen how to jack up and put jack stands on an F3 for oil changes and ect. Any instructions?

Cause I don't have one...but would expect it to be the same as with all the other models. Balance point may be different but many use the atv/motorcycle lift...
