    Default IYO ?

Where would you connect to lift the rear of 2016 F3 Limited (no trailer hitch) with an overhead crane for tire change?

Would no suggest it. If you simply pull it up the shock will extend & push tire down & you will be fighting the whole time! Getting the belt tight & aligned again (if you did manage to get tire done) is another mishap waiting to happen

Since there is no air ryde sensor, you won't need to take that loose. I would think that the grab bars would hold the rear up OK. They are the most solid section of the byke. Take the brake caliper and housing off, break the axle bolt loose, hook up the crane on each side and take up the slack, then remove the lower shock bolt. Then lift the byke and the tire and swing arm will stay on the ground. Depending on how far the swing arm needs to come down you may have to remove the bottom air bag bolt and/or the cat converter. Remove the belt and and the axle bolt, then roll the wheel out when the swing arm is low enough for the tire to clear. That is the same procedure we use with a floor jack. It will not change the belt tension or alignment.
You might want to lift it first with the grab bars and check them for stability. To get closer to the frame, the hand rails could be removed and couple of bolts threaded through a chain would make a hoist. You might even want to use 4 bolts and 2 chains to distribute the load more evenly. I would have a floor jack or cribbing (wood blocks) to put under the rear square tube area while it is off the ground. Might also chock the front wheels.
Sounds doable, and actually safer than a floor jack. Let us know if you try it and how it worked.

    Default IMO

    Thanks for the replies...

Tried lifting while attached to grab rails but observed some flexing in rails and too much trouble to remove and just use bolts
Tried while attached to "third leg peg" seem to lift whole roadster
    Going to use jack...
