    Default Grips to small

I have the 2016 rts with heated handles and my hands get cramped with longer rides and old age. Are there bigger grips that can be slipped on with not to much DIY $

Get some grip puppies. They are reasonably priced and easy to slip on over your stock grips. Spyder pops has them.

If you want some really pretty ones, Kuryakin(sp) has some nice clamp ons that go over the Goldwing heated grips. If you have an SE5 there is some modification for clearance but not bad. Do a search for the threads on this. I did it and the heated grips still shine thru, tho it takes a little longer.

Grip Puppies! Easy on the hands and the heated grips are still effective.

Ya trying to tell us ya got big hands and uhh---

Loosen up your grip will do wonders for your problem. Your handle bars are not the same as bull dogging a

steer with horns. You do not need to have a white knuckle grip. It will stop the cramps and smooth out

your steering. Try it--you'll liked it.

    Default Tricled foam grips

Go to Tricled, a site sponsor, they have an outstanding foam grip. I think they are $12 or two sets for $20. They work well for what u wanted, does not affect heat, cooler in summer, and easy on and off. They seem to last long and work perfectly.

I second Tricleds. 5 minutes in the parking lot with hand sanitizer for lubricant and they're done. Hands don't sweat in summer but warmers still work great in the winter. Dense, open cell foam works great ...

The answer depends on how much work you want to do and how much you want to spend.
The cheapest and easiest way to go is Grab On Grips Grip Covers (pr) $12.50. We can not bring enough of them when we go to Spyder Events. I actually use a set on our HD Ultra Classic.

On our own Spyder RT I installed the
Kuryakyn ISO Grips for use with OEM Heated Grips. GL1800 06+ & F6B Models.
Will work on Can-Am Rt Heated Grips with modifications.
This will require some modifications but for the money a must have for anyone wanting comfort.

Yup, Grip Puppies. Yes, use hair spray to install them.
If I can't fix it, I will fix it so no one can fix it. Sypder Loco!

Grip puppies. They're available from several SL sponsors. If you come to Spyderfest, you may get some as a prize at one of the host hotel parties.

I like the foam grips as others have recommended.
But if you ride in the winter, the foam grips DO affect the heat. Running the heat on high warms the hand grips but not as much as it would if there were no foam grips.
If it ain't broke, don't break it.
