Once again, iMotorsports has exceeded my expectations. They sent us a check on our excise tax on the Daytona! WOW!

What the heck is excise tax?

We had good dealings with them as well but paid them no taxes. That was all handled here in Texas.

Always have that here in Indiana. I was not pointing out what it was as much as them giving me part of it back. That is integrity.

Excise. ... An excise is considered an indirect tax, meaning that the producer or seller who pays the tax to the government is expected to try to recover or shift the tax by raising the price paid by the buyer. Excises are typically imposed in addition to another indirect tax such as a sales tax or value added tax (VAT).
