Most foriegn countries are more lax with their rules of the road and have not enough personel to enforce them. But gotta say the folks that live there must all have dash cams cause there is a lot of footage out there...

i never had a really fast car, but i would love to have one
I've owned one,a 1968 Road Runner in 1968. I don't know how fast it would go but it was fast. And it was so much fun. It was the 383 mot the Hemi, but the Hemi was no good for everyday driving. The officers in Provo/Orem all knew who I was.In uniform they would give me a ticket, but out of uniform, they would come around for a ride. Funnest car I ever owned.

I had an Uncle, who drove Interceptors for the Virginia State Police. He had a '68 Fury with a 440 under the hood; as his Patrol Car...
We all would ask him how fast it would go... he would only smile!
