Cant see anything with voltage at starter due to how quickly the solenoid cuts out.

Jumped out solenoid to verify starter was working and make sure no issues with motor turning over. All worked properly except ECM not telling it to fire. Same reason the bike cant be push started....

Its a manual and its in Neutral. Do not have to press brake pedal for it to start.
