Have you checked to make sure that your ACS is working properly, & that the compressor is actually doing what it should?? They are quite prone to failure, leaks, etc. and if anything there is not...

They'll be doing that cos you take them in Portrait Mode, so the image is taller than it is wide with the 'Anchor Point' in the Top Right Corner, but the Forum will display them with their longest...
