Did not have to modify anything, just removed the original grips, used dish soap as a lubricant to work the Kuryakyn grips on to the bars, then put the end caps on.

As far as I know, there was no difference between the grips for the F3, and the RT. They come in chrome, or black...I bought the black for my F3. If you go to Kuryakyn's website, you should be able...

My sentiments exactly! The engine is completely disassembled, at the dealers. Most of the parts are in, but they can't seem to get some of the bearings...unknown if it's cam bearings or crank...

Anyone know of an aftermarket source for engine bearings for 2009 GS..?? BRP says they're no longer in stock and no idea when they may available...
