Wouldn't a windshield from F4 or others take care of the wind problem, or would the F3 still be fairly turbulent?

I like the looks of the F3. Can a removable backrest, removable bags, and a radio be added to this? I will only be hauling my wife about half the time.

Thanks for the responses. I'm not sure I want to make it too comfortable for my wife, as I would prefer she stay awake :). My Harley had a regular backrest, not the full blown tourpak.
