if a tail light burns out or if you put an led bulb in it will go into limp mode i wouldnt bother not worth the drive home in limp at 30 mph been there done that good luck
as picky as the can buss system is on these bikes I think you are headed for nothing but frustration

yes it's the led lites the can bus system is that sensitive I had the exact same thing happen to me
im drawing at 62 and they will take a dollar for every 2 you make over 17k
just put some premium car tires on and don't look back nite and day difference on both spyders and way longer tread life
