I too have break squeal which is very loud and people look. Mine is coming from the front and back brakes, did this from day one as well.

I am thinking another top speed run might not be the best idea as your only going to maybe get a few miles more per hour and it might not be worth the risk. I would say if it was at a drag strip...

A Darwin Award would only be achieved by strapping a rocket booster to the back. Hahaha

It appears that about 101 MPH is the safe top end speed for this motorcycle as was designed.

Bragging would be.... OMG.... I just ripped down a highway full of traffic doing 180 MPH. Not I...

The Spyder F3 is supposed to compete with the cruisers out there not the sport bikes. At 134 MPH it is one fast cruiser.

My cruiser with an 1450 only did about 105 MPH. As you could not...

There is plenty of power for normal cruising and two up riding. I just wanted to see what she would do. No plans on doing that again.

Good to know about the 6k and shifting. At least your top speed results are consistent with mine. Think it has plenty of power for cruising and not really built to be a racer. I am happy with...

I have that same vibration at around 75 MPH as soon as I hit 80 - 85 the vibration is gone again. It has to be the belt.

Speaking of top speed, I just so happened to see how fast I could go...

Yesterday afternoon at an undisclosed location I took my 2014 RT Ltd and had it going 101 MPH.

Had to see how fast it would go.

It accelerated to 92 MPH before the acceleration...

The locks work great. I took the advise of Finless Bob and carry my helmet covers so nothing gets inside.

Now I need to search for the next one. Perhaps my next Farkel will be an F3. :doorag:

Mine is two to three over as well so I just go that much faster.

Installed my first Farkel in about five minutes yesterday. Bought the LidLox and they work great. :yes:

If you happen to have stripped it out you do have options. I have stripped and broken off many bolts. None are fun to get out and some have required disassembly to not damage other connected...

Speaking of meat on the bottom.... I can ride for about an hour And my bottom is killing me. What do you use for a cushion and does it help?

I have 1200 miles on my 2014 RT and got 42 mpg yesterday on a long highway ride. Prior to that I had been getting 31 mpg average. Hope it was not a fluke.

My manual says to push the top of the mirror forward with one hand and then use the other to push it up and it will pop out.
