Brp uses nicasyl in the snowmobile cyclinders and usually there is very little wear. If you damage the nicasyl you can send the jug out and have it honed and renicasyled very reasonably.

If you can jack up the front end again and pull the front wheels. check the inside of the rims for any damage. also spin the front hubs by hand and listen and feel for any ruffness in the bearings....

God I hope this all works out fine later down the road and this new front end doesn't jump up and bite them in the butt. This seams way too complicated and prone to alot of problems in the real world...
