Have you tried a local dealer? Here in western wa the local dealer installed my sway bar for me.

I don't know what kind of plastic shed you mentioned, but I had my 2013 RTL parked in one of those sheds from Costco and the floor held up just fine.

I have the Diamond R luggage rack on our 2017 RT and with the windshield full down both the BRP full cover and half cover fit

I use bungee cords and/or straps that hook to the rack. Used on many long trips, works great !

You might consider a tire gauge and air pump to check and adjust tire pressure if necessary. Also water to keep hydrated and snacks.
