Nice day to ride here too! LOL I'm envious of all you guys in the warmer weather!!
As far as I'm concerned, there is only one SYPDERLOVERS--and one only. And this is it!
I go out into my garage and sit on my bikes all the time! What's wrong with that? And yes--I start them up---let them run--play with the throttle---hey it's a LONG, DARK, COLD winter here in...
So, I'm probably gonna break down and finally invest in some heated gear. I'm thinking about jacket liner and pants liner to begin with. I was looking at the First Gear stuff--I like the idea of a...
OPPS! Dyslexia flaring up again. LOL
Looks good and it sounds like it helped you with your heat issue
You pull it behind you're KLR? I'd love to see that-been looking for something behind my KLR
I'm not sure this means anything---but---on my 2012 RT--I removed both the large plastic panels under the engine. One (left side) to assist in oil changes, and the other (right side) I just left off...
STUPID ME! I thought Bob Barker was the host to that show. Guess I haven't watched it in a few years!!! LOL
I HATE healthy!! :barf:Next thing you know we'll all be eating tree bark. Give me a good old fashion, Reese's, Snickers, or Milky Way. Just think about how eating all that wonderful sweet candy...
I got this suit last winter and I love it--I rode my KLR all winter long--as low as 10 degrees and suit performed perfectly. So, if you're on the fence--don't hesitate--get it soon!
I WANT ONE!!! :banghead:
Bag looks awesome--I went to buy one and it's $16.00 shipping. Why does shipping always have to ruin such a good price? I've bought lots of stuff from these guys and they are an awesome company to...
I took mine off my 2012 RT as soon as I got it. I think I saw that Lamonster did his too. No ill effects at all--helps with oil changes. Also put on the block off plate and I have NO heat issues...
I live here in Western New York State (you all have heard about the snow here in Buffalo???). I do ride all winter long--but not the Spyder. Too much road salt, slush, and crazy drivers to take the...
After a ride when the bike is covered with suicidal bug splats, I just take a nice clean rag and soak it in warm/hot water. Then lay the rag on the dead bugs for a few seconds and they wipe right...
OMG--
Mine is stored in an unheated garage as well. I just hook up a Battery Tender through the 12V outlet in the trunk. Works great and the battery is ready to go as soon as the spring riding season...
Well, I have a 2012--not 2013. However, I removed both bottom plastic panels to help reduce the heat (also makes oil changes easier). When I put on the forward cruising pegs, I was getting a hot...
Manual shift--the only way to go for me!!!:ohyea:
I just purchased a Garmin Nuvi 550. This unit isn't being made anymore, but I bought a reconditioned one with a full year warranty. I haven't receive it yet, but I want something that was more...
OK--lots of good info--here's my routine: I use the Honda spray cleaner/polish after each ride to get off the majority of the surface dirt. For the "bug splats" that collect on the front, I just...
I just install the 12V outlet in the frunk of my 2012 RT. Yes, it's totally plug 'n play-the wiring for the outlet is there up near the left front wheel. Look hard, you'll find it.
I am very interested in this rack, when it becomes available. I just want a place to carry lighter bulky items (rain gear, bike cover, etc). However, I do have some concerns. I have heard that...
To answer your question--yes I have one on the RT. In fact I have one on all my bikes. They have been given by friends and I also give them to riding buddies. For me it's just more of a sign of...
I agree with him about the need for brakes that can be operated independently of each other. Maybe I've been riding 2 wheels too long, or been riding off road bikes too long, but i do miss that!
I agree--I had to pay a $800 repair bill on my jet ski that had the rubber seals in the carbs destroyed by ethanol. Now I use Stabil in all my engines!
WOW! I own a Hayabusa--guess I better trade it for a snowmobile!!! LOL
I like the idea--but $200?? WOW!
