I had the same problem on my rt , and I pull out all and push back all the fuses in the front of the rt. no problem after 10000 kl

CHeck the shift rod is out ot the shaft, The same thing apen to me. THis is a mistake from BRP. With the locking bolt the shift rod should never come out

Pull your fuses and reinstall them in the front trunk.

You can not update the 2010 , it only on 2011 and up

Yes you can weld it . You need to sandblast first . I just weld my arm. If you do not sandblast the weld explode and you can not weld it. I will tried to add some photo next time

When you replace the arm , you do not need to remove the gear .Remove the bushing very simple.

I have the arm welded all over for $ 20.00. They need to sandblast the arm first.

What do you have for voltage

Check your battery first . it need to be 12.6 volt in off position. in running 14 volt. if the battery is ground it will not charge.
