I'm in NH....should I pull the battery and store inside or connect Battery Tender? RT is stored in confined area so I'd have to pull battery in its final location..Would rather run battery tender...

Just got back from ride on new to me RT.........checked the oil and it was all the way up the dipstick......looked in with a flashlight and saw oil near the top of the tank.........it looks like oil...
