Hi, I'm paraplegic so have the ISCI handbrake kit fitted to my F3-S. It's a very heavy lever to pull compared to a traditional motorcycle brake lever which I guess is due to the slave cyclinder first...

Yeah I've been using the passenger backrest to hang my wheelchair off, one strap over the frame and it works great.
