Must admit I came over to Spyders after a bike smash , my wife hated the idea of me getting back on two wheels and suggested a quad , after much research I realised that a...

Love my Yoshi too , I have one on my 2010 RSS , mine came with the baffle separately packaged .
I ran without it for a bit but on one short trip without helmet or ear plugs I realised that it was...
Welcome asicrunner ,
wowo , that is low miles , nice one .
About 10mm I think , but I have the shock re locators and the shocks 1 notch off the top so not a problem .
I have the Spyderpops bump skid fitted to my RSS , love it , really finishes off the front end .
Hi from the UK ,
I also fell into the trap of early modding but luckily did a fair bit of research on this great site at the same time .
I actually found my 2010 RSS to be rather scary first off ,...
Actually not too bad to do , first side I took the fender off , but you really don't need to .
I wired both LEDs into the fender tip circuit , I cut into it halfway down the fender front stay .

I usually get , how much , how fast and does it lean .
But one time , again at a gas station , a guy asked me if you could actually use them on the road ....????......all sorts of answers popped...
I guess they will come Zamfield , no doubt people are beavering away , designing new farkles as we speak .
Yes , very , had them sitting in the garage for ages too before I plucked up the courage to fit them .
This system just needs 2 wires running to the battery , the rest is plug and play
Thought I would show you guys my recently installed Spyderpops bump skid .
Another pic of my heated grip set up .
Fitted a set of Oxford heated grips to my RSS , ready for the cooler evening air .94963

Good luck .
I had a 2005 Thruxton , great machine , never had a moments problem .
loads of goodies available too .
Living in the UK helps with spares etc but to be honest you probably won't need many .
They...
Reggy is the man
Hi ,
do you still have any of the RS mirror extenders please .
thankyou .
Mike .
I use ACF 50 , squirt a bit on a cloth and wipe over the surface to be protected , a little goes a long way .
must admit , I try not to ride in winter though .
I feel your pain , I joined the Spydering family after a two wheeled mishap , broken wrist , leg and smashed pelvis , spent my recovery time researching Spyders and managed to secure one before I was...
+1 on the sway bar
It would be great for keeping labour costs down though :2thumbs:
I just fitted one yesterday , like Topshotta said , the hardest part was getting the screws out of the lower belt guard , the nuts on the back were totally rusted solid , had to drill them out ....
I have never really been a fan of cruise either , UK is a bit small , I use the palm paddle thingy on the throttle though , love it .
I discovered , by accident , if you fit after market bar ends...
Spyders do run rather hot , luckily not too much of a problem in the UK , like you say Mr. B.
