Me too, I am having a hell of a time with the gearbox at the moment.
This is an epic revelation for me, I have spent 3 days searching for tyres for my F3 (the one with the old style mudguards). So now I can redo my search and hopefully find something that someone...
If it's under warranty, I would just get it replaced, if not, wait until total failure and keep an eye out for one on the bay.
Can't believe how crap the f3 is. Shame on BRP .
Priceless!! :2thumbs:
 let's hope they are not wasting time and money...
Whoa! steady on kids, I didn't want this to turn into a physics debate.
I now know that (A), a post 2013 Rt sway bar is stiffer than the stock F3 and will improve handling.
And (B), the Baja...
Top answer, cheers for that..
So true, over here in rural(ish) Scotland, we get the Sunday Jams, with the caravans holding up the cars, the farm traffic holding up the caravans and the Harleys holding up the farm traffic. :D
Yeah the Traileretc is the one I was looking at, though I may need to make my own wiring harness as we have separate (yellow) indicators over here, no big deal though
@Malibu_Dan, thanks for the...
That looks good, do you know if it will fit with the Shad pannier rails installed, also do you have any pictures of it on the bike.
Cheers :2thumbs:
Got any pics?
How does it affix to the swing arm?
Cheers.
Just been looking at the can am spyder accessories hitch for the f3 but am not convinced that it's up to the job on those four wee bolts.
Which hitch do you use on your F3 (not F3 T) as I have the...
Funnily enough I had just tracked down a website from one of the UK distributors that give the parts list for all of the Spyders with the stock numbers and prices.
So your post confirmed what I...
Thanks for that Ron, greatly appreciated.
Father’s Day is to thank Dad for nailing your mother.
Mother’s Day is to thank Mum for not swallowing you.

Yeah this is what I want to do and found an RT bar advertised, however, it looks like a GS/RS bar to me, so I don't want to import this thing to find it doesn't fit.
The F3 bar has 90 dergree(ish)...
I hear what everyone says but the Baja Ron bar is quite an expensive option when you factor in import taxes, handli g fees etch. Whereas an RT bar is just a few quid.
Thanks for that Chris, Does this..

Look like an RT anti sway bar?
Looks more like a GS/RS to me
I recall reading somewhere this is a half decent upgrade for the F3.
Can anyone advise me on this?
Simple answer...
DON'T DO IT!
I rode my GS for 5 years and loved it, okay so there are the build quality issues but it was after 2 and a half years that theses came to the fore.
I bought an...

Aaaaaahhhhh...... So it really is nothing to do with the cake!
Now I get it.:D
^^^ Hero post... :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:
FWIW, I had a DPS error come on a few weeks back, restarted the bike then it was gone, as soon as I turned the wheels it came back and power steering was lost, I had several repetitions over a couple...
That was bloody hilarious!:roflblack:
I was thinking about that but I do have a twin horn unit here that is much louder than stock (about 130db) and it only draws 8 amps (only.. HAH!), so if the stock horn is only a couple either side...
I'm looking to get rid of the stock 'pansy' horn with something a bit more appropriate, however, the horn shares a fuse with the 'Load Shedding' thingummy.
Anyone know what it does or what it's...
Thanks for the info guys. Sorry for the late reply I am languishing in hospital just now bloody sepsis
Hair dryer does the trick, just whipped mine off yesterday, doesn't take excessive amounts of heat neither.
Gentle heat then just pry them off with your fingernails. :2thumbs:
