The Calsci is the best I've had!
I've done 800 miles in two days. No problems. 4000 miles now and love it!:yes:
:agree: I love my STS, wouldn't trade it for anything...well, maybe a 2015 or 2016 STS triple!!
Recall done, nothing melted luckily. 3950 mi and good to go:yes:
Per a message from BajaRon about the 2013 install:
"Most use a combination of jack stands and a jack. They jack up their Spyder as high as they can and put jack stands under the Spyder. Then let...
Haven't done one yet. Sent you a PM with a few ideas
:popcorn::popcorn:
I thought mt STS was missing a splash pan under the front right suspension area. There is one on the left. But not exist in the parts catalog or on the dealer units
If my rear was as big as the RT's I would have bought one! But the ST with a wider windshield is perfect for me. nojoke
:crackpipe:
I tried the BRP ultra touring. The height was great but not wide enough. The width and venting in the Calsci are much better for me. No more bobble head

A few pics were requested, so here they are. I really love the smooth air and ride of the Calsci. Mine is the medium extra wide. I am 5-8 and ride 90% of the time with it in the lowest...
I have the Calsci extra wide windshield on my STS and its awesome. Best wind protection and quietest ride I've ever had. I tried 3 different windshields on my GS and two on the STS
:agree::2thumbs:
Keep the RPMs up higher and the tranny is smooth
I like the Akrapovic exhaust on mine. I can't prove it, but I swear it has gotten a deeper tone to it with more miles and time on it. When new wasn't much different than stock.
I traded my 2008 GS for a STS and love it. I have 3500 miles on it and can't imagine going back to a GS/RS even with risers etc. I can ride way farther in much more comfort on my STS
Funny, I havent had any issues. But do tend to park outside for a while...just in case
Wow, it took you a year to post (it's 2013) nojoke
Nice job!
+1 :bowdown:
I think someone removed the cat, wonder if it made a difference in heat?
+1. My STS is way better than my 2008. You'll love it
I have the CD LEDs in the rear turn signals and the flasher kit and it works great! on my STS:yes:

Itneresting, my 2013 front tire sidewall says 15 psi min. The BRP manual says 13 - 17 psi?
:2thumbs: I ran 18 psi front on my 2008. My STS was delivered with 13 psi. I pumped it up to 18 and didn't like the ride or handling. I settled on 16 as good for me. I doubt tire pressure is...
hmmm, maybe Len @ Pitbull will acquire one;)
