Thanks for the feedback.
Are KING shocks worthwhile for the RT LTD 2018 model onwards?
Which is better, the Spyderpops version or the Halo version?
billybovine, Your suggestions works just as you said it would. I can now hear the audio GPS prompts through my spyder speakers without a problem. I'll most likely still get myself lost on occasions...
Thank you billybovine. I’ll be out touring again tomorrow so I’ll give your suggestion a try. This forum is so good for getting information. Thank you.
Thanks billybovine. I’ve got the volume set to max as per the app. I’ll get my dealer to check the firmware status.
Hi,
Help please. Does anyone else have this issue?
Question 1. When connected to Genius maps using the BRP Connect platform, the GPS audio directional prompts via the spyder speakers are very low...
Just looking for some local knowledge please as I'll be visiting Seattle next July for a few days. What are the best motorcycling/spyder roads to ride for day trips (NO gravel roads thanks).
Thank you hypurone for your informative reply.
Can anyone recommend a reputable location/business that rents Can-Am spyders in San Francisco?
Does anyone have experience with these gloves?
No, still didn't work.
Do you have a solution to this Jarred? “No Track Selected” message, I figured out how to fix this.
Thanks in advance for your opinions.
1. What is the best/preferred option for a bumpskid for a 2018 RT LTD?
Spyderpops product made from polyethylene
Any other bumpskid options which are...
Are riders still upgrading their 2018 RT LTDs standard swaybars to a heavy version as was the case in earlier RT models to improve handling?
Thanks,
Gerard
Thanks bushrat, good advice.
Thanks for your comments. Re the F3 Ltd's backrest being too low, I should have qualified by initial post by saying that the F3 Ltd would have a topbox which incorporates the pillion's backrest.
Thanks Sylvia
Which is the most comfortable ride from a pillion's perspective, the RT Ltd or the F3 Ltd?
Also, which of these two spyders (in std seat trim) has the most pillion passenger room, the RT Ltd or...
Excellent response Pete, thank you.
Thanks Pete,
Does the 25" screen offer much hand protection?
Has anyone fitted a F4 Customs Touring 25" clear vented Windshield to a F3 LTD and did it solve any buffeting issues?
Copperman, Re the passenger backrest being about 3/4" thinner. Have you noticed any reduction in comfort for your passenger?
Well said.:agree:
Bob, My choice of the word "prevalent" stems from the apparent number of riders who have expressed their displeasure with this matter in their posts. Spyders are a very expensive purchase for some...
Is anyone aware whether BRP has resolved the compressor/air bag issues that were prevalent in 2014 RT models?
Thanks for your comments. At AUD $1300 I would want a worthwhile improvement in both economy and horsepower to warrant this sort of expense. That sort of money can be better used elsewhere.
Happy...
There is no doubting the quality of Akrapovic silencers. But are the benefits really worth the $$?
Do they really give much of an improvement in horsepower and fuel economy relative to the OEM...
I agree. I've got the same F4 screen on my 2014 RT LTD. It's fantastic for wind and rain protection.
If i was strictly deciding which one to keep I would keep the RT-622, it is that much better built.

:agree: the RT-622 is my pick too.
