Competition is good and healthy, their arm is close to $20+ more expensive than our one and no doubt we believe ours is by far a better construction. It all comes down to consumer choice.

That is correct it's polished Billet Aluminum, and the work involved in making these units is extensive and 100% effort goes in making each one. It's not a robotic production line.

You need to remove the arm and rotate it 180' A number of people have had the same problem (including us) and once rotated it all worked correctly.

we have supplied plenty to 2011 and 2012 but nothing for 19,20 and 21 although they are now Black when fitted by the factory and you can no longer see the crack appearing.
