Completely different animal. How wide are the front wheels on the Piaggio? Much more narrow of a trike than the Spyder. I just don't see it working as well.

I just really don't see that making anywhere close to enough differing in center of gravity to be worth all that complexity and weight.

I don't get the fascination with a leaning Spyder. You'd end up with rounded motorcycle tires (less traction) and only a slightly better center of gravity since you can't really lean the thing over....

They sell a lot of RTs because that's how they've skewed the market. No doubt they make the most there...but their recent big push in to a younger demographic shows they see that as a big growth...
