I'm not home standing in front of my wife's F3T, but if I remember, if you remove the seats, it becomes pretty evident what screws you need to remove to remove that panel.

I went through the very same thing with my BMW R1200RT. Drove me nuts until I figured it out.

YMMV, but in my case, it was a set of cheap Chinese ballasts that were running my HID...

The man speaks the truth, took me 15 seconds to replace TxSpyderGirl's antenna with his instructions.
