Looking for the fender supports because mine has cracked too many times to count. I'm also open to any ideas to eliminate the rear fender, relocate the license plate while keeping my back dry.

Hi Bob,
I've had the Tropiformer jacket for years and love it. Besides riding with it on nice days, traveling through airports is fantastic, since everything fits in the jacket (including your full...
When it's a little cold, the backfiring though the carburator intake can double up as hand warmers! :yikes:
I've been using these for the past 3 years. They are the most comfortable plug you can have. I have the dual driver ones.
BTW, Marilyn is wonderful to deal with. :doorag:
If you have any questions, ask Bob. :ohyea:
I just read this in the European papers. This guy could tell a story! He'll be sorely missed.
Fair seas and following winds, my friend.
Mine was checked at 14000 miles, no adjustment necessary. I still had to pay $$$ for the labor! :(
I won't do that again...
Words to live by...
Please excuse me for jumping in here, but isn't there some sort of 30 day clause in a purchasing contract? I don't know much about these things, but I recall hearing something about "buyers remorse"...
This morning I fired up the heattroller for the grips and plugged in the Tourmaster jacket. If things get interesting, I'll plug the gloves into the jacket as well. Bike has plenty of power to run...
...and to think that in this town, if you shake any tree, 3 cops fall out.
Wow, it's happening across town. Incredible!
I had this 12V cigarette lighter type plug installed in my dash (09RS) at the dealer years ago, but the truth is the USB would work out better for me. I like the one displayed because it has a rain...
A search in the box to the upper right for "broken mounts" returns 17 results.
Can I use this as a direct replacement for a cigarrete lighter type power plug I've previously installed?
Because this setup is pretty sweet. Thanks for the pic!
Thanks for posting the video. While I can see that it's pretty slick, it would seem to me that if you use these at night, you wouldn't be able to see anything in the mirror, due to night vision...
Yeah, cool farkle, but I'm chicken as well. Please post any instructions and pitfalls on this mod. Thanks, and great work!!
I have 31K on my 09RS and I sometimes wish I had the creature comforts of an RT. That said, I would consider trading up to a 2014 RT if the engine was in the 150-160 HP.
I have two, one under the seat and one up front. Easy to install. PM me if you want to chat/meet.
Very skilled! For reckless, have you seen Black Devil's video in Moscow?
Check it out, it's a classic.

Like it Bob!
Seriously, do you think this should be added to some sort of inspection schedule? In the airline business, a technical bulletin would be sent out alerting all dealerships to...
I was just reading a post concerning an expensive VCM, and went searching to see what it looked like because I'd never seen one before. Scolling through the Google results, I ran across the French...
Wow! I had forgotten how large these jets were. I worked "A" models at Mountain Home from 80 to 84. Actually, one of the jets in Blue section had "C" model wings (slightly longer), due to a mishap...
Let me see if I got this right... A 2013, assuming it still has low miles, needs ball joints, tie rods and tie rod ends?
Did I have an ADHD moment while reading the OP, or did a brand new spyder...
Please excuse me for bringing this up: How much is the bike worth, and how much are they going to charge you per month for this warranty? I think there might be a tipping point there. You should...
Welcome to our little corner of the internet. Bob has all the answers!
Make a careful inspection of your undercarriage, and extricate neighbors chihuahua from around rear sprocket. :p
Seriously, mine does pretty often as well. I think it's brake related.
The washers keep the fastener attached to the panel. This way, they are "captive".
This also means (theoretically) that you won't lose them.
I had to read it thrice. Wow! Ouch!
$188.00 w/ tax at the dealership. :yikes: That's why I called Ron. :ohyea:
