How does one determine the value of their bike should one need to sell it? Ive got a 2011 Can Am Spyder RS-S SE5 with right at 12,000 miles on it, yea ive enjoyed it!! Maintanence is up...

Since I got my spyder a the beginning of September ive just hit the 9000 mile mark! Happy to say Ive had zero issues with the spyder!

Def not taking it as rude, im here for the help! And what video would you be referring to Dtryke? Would like to take a look at it to ensure I didnt miss anything.

Hahaha Yes the oil was drained... Wasnt sure if maybe it was a filter install issue or a hose that sometimes collapses.

Got a fair amount out, plenty came out of the drain then a bit when I took off each filter.

Well today has gone well up until a few minutes ago, I just got the message that the bike is running too hot. I've only been riding for about 30 min.

Also my rear brake lights don't work.

At first the jump off didnt seem to do anything. After we unhooked all the cables we tried it one more time, this time my friend pressed the brake down hard and she fired up! Apon...

So if that's the case, could I jump it off with either a car battery or one of those jump boxes and if it starts off that then I would know.

I'm getting power to the display, wouldn't this indicate that the leads are connected and the battery has juice?


Update, got to the battery and I could tighten them some but still nothing.

Ok, thanks for the heads up on that neg one. Is there any thing else I shouldnt do when taking the body off? And any guides on doing what I need to do? Didnt see any on the DIY section.
