Looked on the parts listing and the bushing is removable.
I called 2brothers and they are going to send me the missing bushing that I need that normally come with the exhaust

Looks like it was installed before they had the kinks figured out on the STS. I see online the latest instructions from Two Brothers for the ST models says there is a spacer they ship that inserts...

Panels do not need removed. Watched them at pitbull install on my ST-S and on Bullants RTS without removing panels. They jacked up the bike to install from bottom
