[QUOTE=Doc Humphreys;922778]As far as conversion trike go, ABS is disabled when converted. Guess they take out the bulb for the ABS light before they sell them, "But, of course, you REALLY don't need...
CSC does not disable the ABS. I believe Hannigan and a couple of others also keep the ABS.
I agree a CSC Trike has more storage than a Spyder RT. We have a 2014 RTS and wear modular helmets. ONE modular helmet will fit in the Frunk. Even her small will not fit in any of the other three...
Full face maybe, modular no. My wife and I have Shoei Neotec. Hers is a small and will not fit in either side case and they both do not fit in the frunk together. They will fit in a GL1800 trunk.
Mine vibrates and I don't like it. Dealer said belt needed adjusted vibration now at higher speed but still there.
Looks like one from Mountain Boss Hoss in Somerset, Pa. Chris Cruz painted some of them, great work.
I have a Pittbull that works very well.
Thank you will check with my dealer.
Did you get the vibration issue resolved? We have a similar vibration in our 2014 RTS.
Did mine yesterday do NOT need to remove frunk. You will like it.
When did that start I did not receive rebate last week in July?
Yes, I think it is a nice rally.
Thank you Rick. Appreciate it very much.
My wife and I are going with our daughter and son in law. Free ticket would help out.
I agree you dodged a big bullet.
It's my pick as number 1! :ohyea:
Yellow is my favorite color. I don't like red so much. I had a Boss Hoss that was deep red fading to orange and then to yellow. It looked very good. Don't know if that could be done with stripes or...
You would think QUALITY testing would have been done before now?
My dealers are not knocking $6000 off the 2013.
If he gets as much snow as we do April will be fine. I have not been told a delivery date. They will hold it also till spring for pick up.
We ordered our 2014 RTS SE6 in yellow a week ago. Did not ask and was not told about delivery date. We don't ride in the snow so not needed until spring.
Ours is a 2008. What I remember ,and I am old, is that they were available in 2007 but in limited number of states. Pa. did not get them until 2008.
I am looking at moving to a RTS.
Even with the discount it seems most would wait and buy a 2014? No worries about first year production? I was ready to trade my 2008 RS on a 2013 until 2014's announced.
I never liked the fact that my XXL modular would only fit in the frunk.
In a straight line, yes. I like to ride aggressively in curves and if you are my passenger riding the Dragon you will not be sleeping!
What about the difference for the passenger. We have a Spyder RS SE5 that we bought new in 2008. It is nice and my wife does not want to trade it for a RT. I rode a GL1800 CSC trike with 6 degree...
I ended up with the dealer in Corry, PA because the dealer in Cleveland was(is) a complete douchebag:(. At the time that I bought my first Spyder in '09, the Corry, PA guys were the next closest (at...
you live in Stow, Ohio and your dealer is in Corry, Pa? Wow! I must be spoiled I would not buy a BMW because the dealer was 100 miles away. Good luck with the Spyder.
