No. When I cross the border, I set the speedometer and odometer in miles. Each time I start the engine, the trip meter stay in miles. Same, when I came back in Quebec, I change the speedometer back...
Reset instruction:
ignition on and press the 4 way flasher. Hold until light flash in dashboard.

I was there in August, 2013. It was a nice ride to do with the Spyder. Stays 3 days on the island. Peoples are very friendly and many want to speak french with us.
