I haven't read this whole thread, so if I'm repeating what others said, please forgive me.
If you've done the laser alignment, and there aren't any faulty suspension components, it's the tires. In fact, I'd lay odds that it's the tires.
The Kendas are just low quality tires. The fronts run better than the rears, but the simple fact is, the Spyders ride more like cars than motorcycles.
They do not lean. The flattened profile of the tire is just like a car, not the rounded profile of a motorcycle tire. Car tires are a better option for both front and rear.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong. If I am, I'm sure someone on this forum will be happy to let me know about it.
