This my 3 rd response on this thread .... I just did my 6th oil change ( on 1330 ) and I has almost no particles on either GOLD plug ........ Hope they get yours solved and fixed ...... Mike
Particles are not unusual. Did you feel them? Metal aligned like that on a magnet, but if it is chalky is is not an issue. If it is gritty, that would be an issue.
I've almost always seen some metal on both my 2008 GS and 2012 RT. I think it was more common with the first few changes. I never felt it was a sign of damage or failure..... just wear.
I'll see what my F3 looks like this winter when I do the first change.

All is normal.... They say it's very common to see this up to and even past the 5th oil change!nojoke
Changed my oil last night. Had a few small pieces of metal on my drain plug.
I agree with post #30. After about the 3rd oil change it is not uncommon to see the magnets lightly covered with fine power-like filings.
Something is coming apart. My guess is the clutch. Take it to the dealer ASAP. I probably would use the towing option and like everyone said, take your evidence. They will cover it.
Just lost all forward gears...I feel it's the final drive pulley but we will see!! I could be internal I guess.
If you just have reverse and neutral but no forward gears, have the dealer check the reverse actuator switch. Mine went bad last year and had to be replaced.
I rev'd the mine to the max quite often during the 1st 500 miles. Hit 110 mph speedo in 5th gear on my 2015 F3's SE6. Zero metal particles on the oil plug at 3000 miles. After I changed oil/filter I installed both gold drain plugs. All runs fine. In contrast to others who state they only need slightly over 5 quarts of oil--mine needed a full 6 quarts of AMSOil Metric 10W40 & the oil stick shows just at the very bottom of the adequate range. Maybe I got the long end of the oil stick :)
Mine ran much better after the oil change--the vibrations reduced, the thumb shift trans shifted quicker-I believe it takes time for things to settle down & wear in properly.
