do you have a link for the custom install, thanks
We have been using ours the last two yrs. I think you'll like it.
I like mine...just don't get them wet!
Very good looking. I have been using a sheepskin for many years as a comfort addition. They do work very good. It's good to see that there is a place to get custom made ones.
I have been using mine since 2011 - now I don't leave home without it. Cool in the heat and warmer in the coolness.
Sorry but there is no link. This is something I did for myself. I purchased a sheepskin from a company I found on-line, http://www.sickafus.com/ From there I used the seat as a template and made a pattern from some rosin paper and cut the skin to the shape I needed. My original beads were held in place with a strap and Velcro glued to the underside of the seat, but I think the skin will sit in place without any additional help.
The only time I don't have the sheepskin on the spyder is in the rain (even though that wouldn't hurt it). You can have all of your comfort seats and gel-filled gadgets, the sheep is the best!
Love mine, and I have a gel pad, under it . . .
I have been using mine for almost 2 years now. I do not have it secured down, just tucked under the seat front. Works well. Used it in rain and it is not a problem although it did take a couple of days to dry out after a heavy rain. It does mat down some so I just fluff it up a little and that is all it need. Enjoy your, nothing fancy just comfort.
My wife ended up getting custom fit for her 2011 RT (front and back seats) and after moving her's to park after installation I got one for my RS (front seat only). Vendor is out of Branson, MO and great work while we waited. Love the ride, keeps your bottom cool and prevents sweating but agree takes a while after getting wet to dry out. ;)
