There are seven of us leaving western North Carolina on May 30th. Should arrive on the morning of June 2nd. Looking forward to meeting old friends and new friends.
Called the Hotel tonight. The booking I made back in January is good to go. I plan to do the 511 miles on Thursday June first. Should be a fun 10 hour ride.
If anyone going up from PA or NY or VT wants to meet up on the way, let me know:
I know Google says 8 hours, but I stop at least once an hour to relax and check out the local scenery ;)
Hello Roger,
Meg and I hope to see you there as well. We are thinking of leaving South Jersey (exit 58) around 3-4 am on Thursday to avoid the traffic on the PW we run into in North Jersey. Last time we lost one hour to traffic up that way. As you said, sure we will see other spyders during the journey.
Take Care,
Lou and Meg
A other newbie here I will be coming from Delaware, PA, NY State.
See you there
Patrick
Though I always prepare for all kinds of weather, can some of our Canadian friends give us an idea of what kind of weather usually happens in June.?:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:
I'm traveling to Valcourt and this will be my first long distance trip. I will be going from SE Missouri to BRP Headquarters. I'm still working on my final travel route. I will be riding solo. I look forward to meeting many new spyder friends and having lots of great memories!

Got an email from BRP looking for info on a group ryding from LA to the Homecoming. Looks like they'll get a t-shirt!
Here's the message:
With nearly 3,000 owners planning to attend the Can-Am Spyder 10th Anniversary event on June 2-4, riders will be arriving from all over North America and beyond.
BRP will have a video crew documenting a group ride taking place from Los Angeles, California to Valcourt, Quebec called the 10th anniversary owners' ride.
In order to plan, we need everyone who is participating in this specific ride to provide us with some basic information:

- Where you will be joining the adventure (the meet-up location)
- Your Can-Am Spyder model and color
- Your phone number
- Whether or not you would like to receive more updates and news on the 10th anniversary owner’s ride
Please share this information with the ride leader by emailing jen@octofilms.com and stay tuned for additional news!

Right now the weather is very unpredictable. We are experiencing a lot of rain. Parts of Quebec were flooded last week but not near Valcourt. Usually the weather is warm 60's to mid 70's F occasionally low 80's but not very often this time of year. When I travel this part of Canada. I will pack shorts, long sleeve midlayer shirt, and bring jacket liners to help with cooler temps and short sleeve shirts and dress in layers to be able to take layers off as it gets warmer through out the day. Nights can be quite cool. Bring rain gear.
I hope this helps.
Last but not least : please be aware Canada has very strict gun laws. Please leave your weapons at home and clean out your spyder of any loose or boxed ammo. It will raise suspcion if the Border guards find any shells wether empty or loaded. Bring your passports. Ride Safe and Welcome to Canada.
I guess we will all have to plan our return trip through Grahamsville huh?
