This is my 2nd :spyder2:, the 1st one gave me too many problems, so traded it in for a new RT version. Who knows may trade up again for another new one. Lookin forward to sayin hey to anyone near me.
I live 30 miles Nprth of you.I have many Goldwings and Harley's to ride with but would love to get a group of Spyders together to ride from Southeast Florida
Let's get a group going.

I probably am the only Spyder rider in Highlands County (at least as far as I know). I live just a few miles West of Lake Placid. Maybe a couple of you East Coast riders would like to come inland and do some riding. We could meet in Moore Haven, Clewiston, Okeechobee, etc. Take a ride around the big lake, or up to Lake Wales, etc. Since it appears that there are more East Coast Spyder riders, you'd have a group ride just coming in my direction.
I and Sean/Cathya was in your area just a week or so. We just ride.
We can always meet somewhere on 27 south of I4.
Sorry I missed you. I'll bet you were at the get-together at Golden Corral, too? So many people there that the wife and I really didn't get the chance to make new friends or acquaintances.
I hope there will be a lot of Spyder riders in Sebring next weekend (Oct 5-7) for the annual "Ride to The Heartland". If there were enough coming, I might be able to talk the Promoters into "saving" us a parking area all our own! I saw at least one Club do that last year.

you should get a chapter going in South Florida: http://www.spyderryderofamerica.com/
You have a great bunch of Spyders in Central Florida.I have ridden with the group there. We are 80 miles South of you and from Palm City down to Miami Spyders are rare.Would love to ride with a local group of Spyders but think here in Martin and Palm Beach counties they are very few and far between.Have a group of 2 wheelers to ride with all the time but only very Occaisionally do I pass another Spyder.

I will be moving to Marion County in Ocala in a couple of years, looking forward to riding with some of you guys in the middle of the state, I ride alone most of the time or with my wife in Homested.
I just "browsed" the entire site and it seem that there isn't a lot of interest in the site lately. In fact, I think I only saw one (1) Posting in 2013. I sometimes wonder if it's even worth while to stay. I've only seen one Spyder in my area (Lake Placid) since the get together at Golden Corral last year. I wasn't on my Spyder at the time, but I followed them from Placid Lakes into the gas station on Rt 27. Stopped and talked to them for a few minutes, but they didn't seem very friendly. I asked them if they belonged to SpyderLovers and they had no idea what I was talking about.
BTW: For what it's worth, I will be turning in my Spyder next month and purchasing what I consider one of the best motorcycles available.
