I would also appreciate BRP providing us with some definitive belt tension numbers for the F3 models and clear up all of the misconceptions. Many Spyder owners are capable of setting tension themselves using the Krikit gauges.

No--If you have this problem--they will call you a whiner ---by those who aren't experiencing the same problem. Then they ask you if you'd like some cheese to go with that whine---I find comments those totally disgusting--my wife says I lack empathy---she needs to meet the anti-whiners..who don't have the same problem. Yeah--I will continue to bust those that need it...
When I called my dealer to order, I was told it won't be available until 9/11, then a few days to him. Ugh, awful date....
Perhaps BRP could supply a cheaper alternative tensioner for the older original Spyders out there.
Might you share here or via PM what dealer or ? did you place your order. I called three different dealers in three different states and was told by each that they are getting allot of requests to order, however BRP has not opened up ordering yet and they don't know when - so no pre-ordering.
BRP please give consideration for pre-ordering pre-paid.
Geez..Anyone have any cheese with some of the whining I been reading..JMO
Awesomeeeeee
Will we be able to install this ourselves?
That is great news!
Ordered as well!
Steve, I have one question When are you going to make them for the Rt- ?. I have a 14, that needs one.modagwood@yahoo.com Thank you for your response. RAYMOND
Thanks again Steve--somewhere I had read of a dealer charging almost $200 thus I thought I needed to go to BRP directly. Not the case my ASK Powersports in Columbus has ordered the part for me at the same $34.99 + tax--total will be $37.xx. That's a fair dealer. They claim the roller assy will be available in 5-7 days for pick up at the ASK PowerSports location. I am very interested in seeing the difference from my current aftermarket roller assy purchase. Has anyone else have a Smooth Spyder or Baker Built roller assy that they have replaced with the new BRP design? Feedback if you've done so. Thank you.
Darrell
Hi,
any RT owner bought one these and do a mod? if the postage is reasonable to England. I think I will get one, looks like its only a bracket fitting mod, maybe replace plastic arm with stainless, as I work in engineer industry.
cheers nasty.
