I think that it's a GREAT bike...
$6000 off of list...
See what else he'll throw in on the deal (covers, more luggage, riding gear...); he can do better!
which brings up the question...any differences between 2014 & 2015 RT's ???
a little high,I got a 2014 rt limited left over in the first part of sept for 23,000.They even thru in the sirius radio module installed.
Cruzr Joe reported that some electrical connections were changed behind the Center Display, and that's about it for changes...
Go to imotorsports

My dealer, American Powersports in Findlay Ohio has two 2015 RT-S SE6s, one is Intense Red Pearl, the other is Steel Black metallic. He has them listed online for $23,500 each.
I bought the same Spyder in Sept 2014 for $400 under that. You should be able to get them lower. Good luck.
Honestly, if you like the Spyder, then just get it!! A New Spyder that you HAVE is always better than the one sitting in a dealers showroom that you missed out on cos you pushed them too hard & they wouldn't do the deal - or even worse, the one someone ELSE is riding instead of you, cos you were trying to get a better deal while they handed over the $$! :gaah:
Sure, push for them to sweeten the deal a bit or add some extras, but there's ALWAYS gonna be someone somewhere who's prepared to tell you that you were done cos they got a much better deal - but they ain't there RIGHT NOW or dealing with your local dealer & there's no guarantee you'll be able to get that dealer or any other dealer to match a price that someone on an Internet Forum (or down the pub, or anywhere else for that matter) told you they got - & in reality, if the dealer does match a 'hearsay' price without any other confirmation, then you probably don't wanna buy from them anyway cos they won't be in business for too much longer & you'll get no after sales support!! ;)
based on my purchase of an RT-S SE '14 in Sept '14 you can do better price-wise for that Spyder.
We just picked up Leftover 2015 RT-S SPECIAL for 22900.
if the deal is good go for it before they put it away for the winter...:joke:
thanx...I saw that one and made note...Greenville TX isn't terribly far from New Orleans
for a fly & drive, I have to add in airfare to location plus probably at least a motel room
course, a kind & generous forum member might loan me a warm sleeping spot for a night after introducing me to their favorite salesman with deal in hand
Make sure you get them to throw in the Best warranty.
I think it's too much for a 2014. I got my 2014 RT Limited with a 4yr Best Warranty on Holloween 2014 for 23,500 from Louis PowerSports. Talk to Dave...straightforward... No BS. He even helped me coordinate the shipping of my Spyder to my driveway. G-man transport only cost me $250.
See kbb.com
look at depreciation
make a fair offer
either they take it, or not.
You have to be comfortable with the deal.
