arrived home this morning.
Home today at 11:30 AM.
Made it home Saturday around 7 PM. Didn't make the BBQ but had a great time at the OE. Already looking forward to next year. Met lots of awesome people and the area was beautiful. Put around 1300 miles on my new RTS. It ran like a champ, NO problems.
I made it home! alive and well! It was good meeting new folks, getting back in touch with old friends and enjoying a beautiful local. I passed 20k miles yesterday though only about 200 of them were in the maggie valley area, I liked sitting around and chewing the fat.
Left early this morning and arrived at 12:40. Beat the Heat, 1204 miles over the last several days. Thanks to Picklehead and his wife for there hospitality and it was great following John. He brought to a new level of riding.
Doc
Made it back home at 1:00pm Sunday afternoon. (Only 1100 miles total, in five days)
:yes:Had an awesome time at the Can-Am Owners event!
Arrived home safe and sound today, Father's Day, at about 2:30 PM EST.
BTW Happy Father's Day to all you Dad's out there!
Hubby (Tobor 9) and I got in about 30 mins. ago. Sitting in my chair having a very needed cup of coffee while he unloads the bikes. I have a VERY well trained hubby!!! We are getting up at 5am Mon. morning and leaving about 6am to head to Huntsville, AL in the Pilot. Originally wanted to take the bikes and drive straight home from Huntsville to Charleston but I came to the conclusion that it would be too much for me. Oh well!!! Had a GREAT time at the Event and the BBQ. :chat: It was really wonderful meeting and putting faces to the names of people that I talk with!!!
made it home yesterday and Ken and I made a run up in KY today and just arrived back home about 5:15 pm. Had a great time in Maggie Valley and at Lamonts meet a lot of nice spider lovers. Anyone in East TN or western NC want to ride let me know.
Larry
Nynster and I made it back to Charlotte safe and wanted to say how much we appreciated getting to know the faces behind the forum handles! We had a blast and now she is planning her SpyderFest Run for 2014!! For some photos and thoughts...
Maggie Valley, East TN ATV, Lamonster's BBQ & beyond!
http://paulmetheney.com/spyder-owners-event also a a bit about BRP... http://paulmetheney.com/brp
Didn't make it to the owners event but made it to Lamont's just in time to see everyone leaving on the way there. Me, my daughter Samantha and my wife Robin stopped by on the way home from the family vacation Myrtle Beach, SC hoping to score some BBQ and visit.
We were the ones that showed up in a big funny looking grey four wheeled vehicle called a Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Super Crew for those of you wondering why such a vehicle showed at a Spyder event!
By the time we arrive most were gone and there was no food in sight so we said hi to those we knew and found a hotel for the night nearby.
Sorry we missed everyone. Oh and we just made it home today.
Got home late last night (10:30 pm) from Lamont's BBQ. The original plan was to ride a few hours and spend the night somewhere and finish up today. We were making such good time, we rode straight through. There's no place like home!
we made it home about 10:00 last night after an uneventful ride (except for a slight communication glitch with our riding partners) :)
Terri, Leah and I got home safe about 4pm. Easy towing on the way back, took our time. :)
got home about an hour ago
great to see everyone and ride ride ride with everyone
Got home Saturday from MV around 2:30 great rides! great folks! Couldn't make the Bar B Q maybe next year for sure!
We got home tonight around 7. Had a great time at the OE and Lamont's. Started the day with another refreshing ride down the rattler . It was great to see old friends and meet new ones!
Hey Firefly!
Some Girl and I made it all the way home without using GPS! We can actually read maps that don't talk...and...like I've said many times...the signs are always right!
I got in at 11:00 last night and, created some friendships while I was there. Thanks to Tim and Robin for leading the way home last night.
Well.. I made it to Alma, AK. Still have about 1200 miles to go before I'm home... :/
