Dash Gauges Replacement
I have decided to remove my analog gauges and rely on the more accurate digital display. Darn gas gauge always shows empty! :banghead:
I was wondering which gauges do most people replace the existing gauges with? Volt meter, clock, USB, etc?
I would like to put something there that would be useful, rather than plugging them off.
Any suggestions?
Thank you for your feedback.

Lets see....
The power supply is a good one and the battery/voltmeter are common choices. As the oil light is mainly for oil pressure an oil pressure gauge would be good to be clear that it is pressure and not something else. Clock if you don't have it on the dash though they tend to be off anyway...The others are Altimeter and others you can see at your local autoparts store....

On my 17 when I removed the guages, one side I found a ram mount that completely covered the hole and mounted my Sirius radio. The other side I bought a very nice and thick hole plug from BRP parts about $7. Drilled a hole and mounted a voltmeter with USB port. In the frunk on the left side is a rubber plug. Behind it is a purple wire that is switched power, unless you have moved the fuse around in the fuse box. Powered voltmeter off that so battery drain when not ryding.
