23-26 August in Council Bluffs, Iowa! The NISR folks invited us back, and since we are in Carolina for the Roadwarrior event, we are going right by! If you are anywhere near, this is a great rally to attend. Catch the fever: SPYDERFEVER!! Stop by and say hi!! Joe

Come to Piedmont SC 16-18 August. There is a rally there, and we will be set up all rally long. Ride down, meet some nice folks, get Squared Away. Of course, our shop in Las Vegas is open when we are there! I hope you can make it! Joe

Made It to Missouri! Last 30 minutes was a massive downpour! I forgot about the interesting weather out here. Hopefully, we have punched thru. Nice and dry, here at comfort Inn!
While we could make it in one shot, we have some errands and such, so should be in by lunchtime on Wednesday. Hoping to wash bikes and clothes, and lounge by the pool the rest of that day! See ya there!! Joe
Checked in and safe. Beautiful ride today. Got clean clothes, provisions, and ready for tomorrow! Even fed the slot machines at the Casino! I’m glad folks are coming to this. Some of the nicest folks you will ever meet! See everyone tomorrow!

We made it home today, safe and sound. 1297 miles, 2 days. Spent last night in Breckinridge, CO. Chilly, high 50’s in the morning. Closed out the day at 104 in Sin City. Thank you for inviting us! We love this event!

Glad we could help. It has always been our policy that if it is within spec, it’s free. That said, unless there was something extraordinary ( like a crash, New ball joints, bent parts) they don’t need to be checked again. We had one this trip that was perfect! We were astounded, and when we opened the hood, found our sticker! The guy bought it used, and didn’t know! We had done it the year before! We also did one, found it to be within spec, and then saw Lamont’s sticker! Glad to see it! Great rally!

Thanks for saving my rotor!
lf you had not investigated the rear noise when you were setting up the alignment I would be replacing it due to the metal on metal from the rear pad that no longer had any brake material left.:yikes:

we have had this a couple of times. In Globe, we did not have a set of pads. Luckily, he had a truck, so drove quite a ways to get a set. Fixed him up the next day. Now, I like to have a set, just in case. I only wish we had made a video. Pushing that piston in clockwise, particularly. Glad to help. Great to see you guys, too! Hope you can make it to Texas. Karyl is going to be there.
